Folley Precinct (134) goes Blue in '06

The Maricopa County Recorder has posted the election results by precinct. Blogger cpmaz has a good analysis of the precinct-by-precinct breakdown on the Hayworth-Mitchell race.

From the County Recorder's site, I've culled out the info for our precinct, Folley 134. For the key races and two of the most controversial Propositions, the numbers are below:

The take-home message from these numbers? With minor exceptions (e.g., the State Senate (LD20)* and Secretary of State races), our precinct went decidedly for the Democratic candidates in the November 06 elections.

And on the most controversial Propositions, our precinct was more progressive than the state averages.

The overall differential in this close election was 3,265 votes, 244 of which came from Huppenthal's own precinct.]
