A few links today, including one with a correction to an earlier story on Harry Mitchell:

1. The Hill story on Mitchell is corrected.

The DCCC has corrected an earlier story (posted here) on Harry Mitchell's being shifted to Phase 2 of the Red-to-Blue fundraising drive.

"It is absurd. It was a misreported article. Harry Mitchell, and that race, is very important to us. It is still a top priority and still a part of the 'Red to Blue' program. That reporter had gotten a hold of a fundraising packet that included only certain candidates that we were targeting for that particular donor. So nothing more than that."

2. Interview with Officer Carr on Signage Code Enforcement.

Sgt. Greg Carr, 44, has been on the Chandler police force for 19 years and has overseen code enforcement since 2003. He recently directed a citywide sweep of illegal signs, and he works with neighborhood groups to eliminate blight.

3. Chandler City Council to vote on Museum.

Eighteen years after former Mayor Jerry Brooks created an advisory board so Chandler could build its own museum, the City Council will vote Thursday where to put it.

The likely plot is a city-owned parking lot on the west side of Arizona Avenue at Boston Street. It has backing from the Museums Advisory Board and RNL Design, a consultant hired to evaluate locations.
