Jake's take on Councilman Orlando.

Councilman Orlando contacted the Jake Files to suggest a phone conversation to address concerns raised in the Pentz affair and the subsequent recall effort. Jake demurred, and provided some thoughts on the situation, including a gentlemanly retraction of some harsh verbiage.
