Is Coburn Predicting a Hayworth Indictment?

Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla....is predicting a group of unnamed lawmakers linked to corrupt GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff are headed behind bars.

From the story:

Speaking at a town hall meeting in Wagoner, Okla., Coburn said that "if you've been keeping up with things, you've got a pretty good idea" of who the seven lawmakers are.

The Oklahoma Republican says members of both parties have been involved in questionable dealings.

In January, the Washington Times reported that Hayworth was among five lawmakers included in the first phase of a Justice Department investigation.

It's not clear, but is Senator Coburn predicting an indictment and jail time for J.D. Hayworth?
